ALA Picnic & Annual Meeting 4pm 7/23/22 at Jackson's Lodge - Register Online Today!


My thanks to all that have submitted their camp membership forms and funds for dues and meals ahead of the Annual Meeting & Picnic - so appreciated. I have also had a number of folks reach out committing they will be in attendance but intend to pay on site. So to get an accurate as possible headcount for those that intend to attend and pay onsite but have not returned the form - can you please register (for each attendee) at



All we need for each attendee is a first name, last name, and email address and we will make sure we have more than enough food, drinks, plates & plastic ware, etc. The 2022 Annual Meeting & Picnic will take place July 23rd, at 4pm at Jackson's Lodge, 213 Jackson's Lodge Rd in Canaan. As the majority voted in last year's survey we will be serving burgers and hot dogs again. We ask that you bring salads and/or desserts to share. There is a fridge at Jackson's Lodge to store them until we eat and we are looking to procure an ice table (if Amazon delivers on time) to keep everything fresh and cold during the picnic. We will be providing bottled water but BYOB (and cooler!) for Beer, Wine, and/or other refreshments. The cost per meal remains at $10 with children 10 and under $5. Camp dues also remain at $20 per camp. Please bring cash or a check made out to the Averill Lakes Association.

Membership is open to anyone who is sympathetic to the aims and objectives of the Averill Lakes Association.

 

Annual dues are only $30 per camp.  All members whose annual dues are paid have the right to shape the future of the ALA.
